My Passion
Sailing and sea has always been his passion since the early years. He learnt to sail with his father since the early age and spent most of the free time sailing. He owned an 1891 historic sail boat Amulet. This boat, which has been fully restored, will be 120 years in 2011

His first flight, of many in years to come, was when he was ony 18 months old! Later came many parachute drops during army service near Bordeaux in 1978. Claude once got a big shock at Dune du Pyla in France when he discovered 'angels' flying with strange machines. Hang gliders! That opened up a new opportunity. From then on he thought only to fly Delta-plane, ultra-lights, paragliding and, in fact, anything that takes to the skies!
Today, thanks to Khun Suchard, he is now airborne again at Airpark in Phuket"

Wine and Dine is another thing that He is passion about. Currently he is a committee member of The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs which is the oldest and most prestigious international gastronomic society devoted to the promotion of fine dining and the camaraderie and pleasures of the table.
