My Passion
Sailing and sea has always been his passion since the early years. He learnt to sail with his father since the early age and spent most of the free time sailing. He owned an 1891 historic sail boat Amulet. This boat, which has been fully restored, will be 120 years in 2011

Wine and Dine is another thing that He is passion about. Currently he is a committee member of The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs which is the oldest and most prestigious international gastronomic society devoted to the promotion of fine dining and the camaraderie and pleasures of the table.
